If you’re still 1-2 pounds from your goal, this is your friendly reminder that’s approximately how much 💩 your large colon can hold! 😆

Yesterday I was 0.2 over my goal, but I hadn’t had a good BM in a couple of days.

This morning after some, ahem, movement, I’m a pound under.

Stick with it (and include fiber and hydration in your weekend plans 😉)!

  • My daughter is on this dessert kick, so she’s been making all these great stuff I don’t want to eat.

    So I asked her to make me something high protein!!

    She blended cottage cheese, fresh raspberries, lemon zest. Topped with hemp seed coconut flakes and cacao nibs!!

I actually didn’t eat it yet lol I still had my tuna and come fish already prepped so will report back tomorrow. I did taste it before she finished and it was bomb.com!!! I’ll def be making it more often.

You can do it as many times as you want. I have done it many times and pick up new things each time I listen. It’s a great tool!!!

  • Pumpkin Pie 😋 hit my goal weight last week. But…it’s been bouncing around playing with two pounds. Basically in melting mode but…food has been on point but sleep has been more off than on. My workout consists of The Sure Thing so I have been lifting. Maybe my muscles are holding onto all that water I am drinking. Happy Thursday 🌺

Sure Thing is by far my favorite program, but I can’t do it during Dietbets because the scale goes up initially for awhile doing that one.

I’ve been loving this weeks super block videos! I’ve been a bunny since 2018 so I’m pretty familiar with the program. But this week’s videos have given me a new understanding and some very helpful strategies so I can keep the pounds off.

Jessy S if you’re a 2B Member and have a BODI subscription then you have free access to the super block. You should be able to search on BODI for the 2B Mindset Superblock and then you just have to click join. And you’ll have access to all the videos.

I’ve been a bunny since the end of May 2018! Fun to see another long-time bunny. The super block has been so helpful, but I still go back to the original videos a lot, too.

I’m going to be in my mid-cycle window where I hold onto weight even more than pre-period (usually 2-3 pounds). I’m really dialing things in anticipating that.

Do you do the unofficial weigh ins through this app? I was adding a pound to them to account for clothes bc my start weight was with clothes but I usually do my morning weigh in before I get dressed. Wondering if others even worry about it?

I like to weigh in often. And like you, I add a pound or so to whatever my dry weight is. I’ve been doing Dietbets for years and this always works for me.

Woke up and was sad the scale was down but said 135.2 instead of 134.8. BUT then I reframed it and reminded myself any movement down is still losing. So here’s to staying positive and on track for a wlw!
