I have fallen of the train with way too many treats. I did well with the actual holiday but the lingering leftovers are distracting me. It’s time to refocus and be done with the silly treats.   • My weight is up about 5 pounds from start day. I am bloated. I am focusing on my health esteem today. I am 2 water bottles in, one walk/jog down (2 miles), and a plan for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I will kick this bloat. I will feel better throughout the day. I will wake up to weight loss. I am here for myself.
