Bummer :disappointed: I always put my phone on a chair and put a 10 second timer on it so I can hop on the scale after I hit capture photo.

Today, I’m starting over. I lost my motivation for a bit, got super stressed out, and gained back every pound I lost in the last year. But today is day 1, and I refuse to let the stress (and knee injury) take me down any further.

Thanks ladies! We’ve got this! So far, sticking to the plan. I finally found a harness my dog doesn’t pull on and he’s become my walking buddy again which is great because I really don’t like walking alone. I’ve got my next summer these will fit motivational shorts picked out and hanging on my closet door and I’ve found my first goal gift for when I crush this round’s goal.
