Get ready for the final weigh in! Once the game ends tonight at midnight PST, you have until 11:59PM PST on Dec 23 to submit your final weight. If you're a winner, you'll be asked to submit photos and will get a new weigh-in word when you visit the weigh-in screens.

Submit early to make sure your photos are accepted, and remember - don't eat that cupcake until you get an email that your photos are approved! (If you don't get one, check your spam folder.) You must have an approved weigh-in in order to be declared a winner.

The game will finalize 24-36 hours after all weigh-ins have been submitted. Good luck!

Is it possible to use the same photos from a challenge that just ended a day ago and that were automatically used for a new challenge I then signed up for?

I've managed to submit my final weigh in as a progress just now and realised my error, but it wants new pics for the final, which I'm now not home to do. Is there any way to ask them to verify my submission as the final weight instead

Despite the water retention that comes with my period, I am halfway to my goal at the halfway time point, acknowledging that achievement goes so far in helping me stay focused to get to where I want to be at the end of this bet, especially when surrounded by christmas celebrations centred on drinking and eating

I am in the same boat but glad that’s it’s now than at the end of the challenge ! We have time to get rid of the water retention! I was up one lbs this morning , but I know it’s not a pound of fat !

How do you guys motivate yourselves? I haven’t been motivated in a few months. I’m struggling right now to make healthy decisions and exercise.

For me it's being specific about what I am doing, I'm taking a keto approach & monitoring my macros, limiting my carbs & calories at the right ratios. It took some adjusting to start & it is a mental challenge but planning what I am eating really helps. I track everyday what I am having & looking at lower carb alternatives to things I want. Sharing what I'm doing with my work team helps them support me, they don't derail me by offering me things outside of my carb range & encourage me, checking on options suitable for us to enjoy lunch together.
I feel different in my energy levels & others are noticing a change now I'm further in to my journey.
