Some tips that helped me for our game: - WATER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. Make sure you are staying hydrated! Water can help keep you full and boost metabolism! - PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FOOD & MOVE! I use myfitnesspal constantly to learn about what i'm eating. It helps me track my food/workouts and is my favorite app. I also enjoy cardio but there's so many ways to move such as walking, hiking, biking - it all adds up, just keep moving and find what you enjoy personally! - PROGRESS PHOTOS: Sometimes you can't see the progress on the scale, having photos will show your progress also. I regret not taking more photos/videos in the beginning. Trust me, you'll want them! Plus I love seeing all your photos from the bet, so feel free to tag me! - LET'S ALL BE FRIENDS. Hello , well I since I signed up my 99 year old mother went into the hospital with blood clots in her legs and lungs . I’ve had lots of house guests for thanksgiving and everyone for dinner at my home. Not exactly as planned. With this my eating has been bad . So wish me luck though this . Lots of stress and high cortisol, not good combination to lose weight. Ughhhhh
