- It’s Workout Wednesday!
Exercise is an important aspect of staying healthy! The saying "use it or lose it" is very true and every little bit counts! I prefer working out at home - either using my walking pad or finding a workout on YouTube (there are TONS to choose from!)
What are you up to today? Can you do anything different to add extra activity to your day (park farther away, take the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.)?
Perks of regular exercise include:
- Controls Weight
- Helps improve or avoid health conditions and diseases
- Improves mood
- Promotes better sleep
- Improves energy
