Cool work out- I'll have to look up a few of those moves like the Box Bridge - don't know what that is! I sweat like a beast!!! Always have! When I was in highschool, I was in dance line and no one wanted to stand next to me in the kick line because they would have to put their hands on my sweaty back and shoulders! When I teach Zumba I look like I have gone for a swim at the end with a bright red face and puddles! So you are lucky!!!! Good luck today!!
