Hello peeps!

I'm from Brazil so be aware English is not my first language.

What are you guys doing as your approach to lose weight?

I'm focusing on using an app to count calories (so I don't restrict myself and I don't binge) and exercising every day even if it's only 10 squats, so my brain understands that I'm trying to create a new habit.

What about you?

I’m just trying to make healthier choices and smaller portions- I also do walking exercise or lo-impact on TV- slow going for me haha

There are many things I cannot control BUT I can control what I put in my mouth and any effort I give to exercise. So that is my focus.

My second day of this diet bet. My plan today is to drink 64 oz of water, limit my snacking in the afternoon /evening, and walk on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes.
I am the heaviest I have ever been in my life and it’s time to start paying attention to my health again. Exercise and stop mindless stress eating!!!
