Non-scale victory of the week!

Picked up a late night food order for teammates, didn’t partake. Husband ordered Chinese food for himself and tried to order for me, I declined and decided to run home from the Chinese restaurant instead.

Did not cheat on my diet at all. Did not eat out or drink alcohol/soda

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

There is nothing I could have done better. I literally work out every other day with a trainer and my food is on point without cheating, yet the scale is not showing it.
