Suzanne - focus on the positive and look at how much you have achieved already! You have lost 21 pounds! You have lost 3.5 this month! Some fluctuation is normal and we all lose our motivation occassionally. You can do this.. You ARE doing this. You have a lot of people cheering for you. I know you want to do this for your self and there will always be obstacles - don't let them stop you - you are a smart sassy woman - there are ways to mitigate challenges - use the group and draw on your inner Warrior! You have this and we have your back!
