I fell totally off the wagon after losing my last diet bet. Regained everything I lost in that bet and more. I could have done everything better.

After I won my diet bet I cheated horribly all day long and ended up gaining 4 pounds in a day. It wasn't worth it....

My mom noticed I am losing weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Yesterday I emotionally eat 6 tablespoons of peanut butter and that was reflected in the scale today. I could do a better job of controlling myself.
