Great job on the walk today! I'm trying to get back into the habit of walking as well. It is a great stress reducer...don't know about you but when I am stressed I tend to snack too much.
Re protein powder ideas, have you tried blending a scoop of choc protein powder with frozen banana and a bit of milk? The end result is a delicious protein "ice cream." It's soo good!
I love the isopure zero carb protein shakes! It's a powder, all flavors are great! I normally get vanilla and then add fruit to it, or make homemade protein bars with it
