Awesome plan. Outdoor exercise is wonderful. Adding a couple of extra miles on the bike and/or while running then eat a healthy snack after instead of turning to those carbs. I found the carbs to be killers when it came to losing weight. My "treat" was a yogurt. I am not aware of what Isagenix is? Also getting my water intake up seemed to help.

Sounds great Jess! I'm right there with you. Have to watch what goes in my FACE!!! Oh yeah, and get back off my butt. Hopefully soon I'll be able to join you and Bill and the gang out on the MTB Trails. Of course I don't have a super cool bike like the rest of you.... Good luck on Isagenix. Of course you know my office is always a safe zone away from all the junk food in the teachers lounge :o)
