Week 1 was a flop 😢
Started strong Monday and Tuesday but than goofed off the remainder of the week. Fresh start tomorrow!
Goals: drink 80 oz water daily, hit 10K steps daily, weight training on my days off; Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Let’s go! 💦🚶💪
