Hi Liz! How are you doing??? I went to an exercise class last night and I was so out of shape that I left 15 minutes early! But I went for a short bike ride today. So I'm determined to work back up to the level of fitness I had back in spring. Gonna go get lots of salad makings at the store this evening on the way home from work. I'm glad you're home with the kiddos. I'm at the University of Southern Mississippi on the small branch campus on the Gulf Coast. Where are you? What kind of business do you hope to start?

Hey! Sorry I've been out of touch. My grandmother got sick last week and passed away. It was a hard week for me! I actually contacted DietBet to see if I could drop out of the Kickstarter challenge and join another one. They were gracious enough to let me do so even though it was past the dropout date. Good for you for going to a class!!! Don't feel bad about leaving early. It takes time to build up muscle, so just keep going and you'll get there. :)
