I’m following low carb. Started last year 1/1/17 and lost 50 lbs. slow but worked on it being lifestyle change. Joined Dietbet to rid the last 50 and start regular walking/ exercise.

I've been keto since Oct. and lost 35# by 12/31. I started up at a gym the first of the year, slowly. lol "Silver Sneaker" water exercises, water yoga, deep water aerobics. All stuff just to get me started up and limber. Lost 12# so far this month!
