That's a really good idea, I've been using cauliflower pizza crust, but it's a bit ungapatchki, this is a great idea, thanks!

Protein Ball Recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter
1 1/3 cups honey
2 cups Arbonne Essentials Protein Shake Mix Power
4 cups rolled oats

Instructions:

Combine peanut butter and honey in a medium saucepan ~ Cook on low heat for about 5 mins, stirring regularly.
Remove from heat; add protein powder and mix well
Measure out rolled oat in a large bowl. Add heated mixture and mix
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Roll into small balls

Makes about 3 dozen. ENJOY!

I hope everyone is plugging along with their weight loss goals. As we all know weight is easier put on than taken off. But what we also know is that we absolutely can do anything we put our minds to! I love Nutty Quinoa Hash - easy to find through google. Sweet potatoes, fall veggies, quinoa and 2 tbs peanut butter make a satisfying, hearty, vegan meal that's high in protein and reasonable in calories. Try it out - it tastes even better on the 2nd day!

Anyone have a CSA with yakkata na in it? The greens taste great slightly wilted, throw in some sautéed garlic scapes and scallions, top w/ 2 eggs and sriracha sauce. If you sautee in Pam, it's about 190cal.

  • DELICIOUS Chinese recipe from WW. So good and very easy as long as you prep everything ahead instead of trying to do it during the super quick cooking time!

What is a good replacement for broccoli in dishes? I'm allergic to broccoli but would love to eat some of the dishes I see made with it. Any suggestions?

We recently had a delicious Moo Goo Gai Pan recipe out of my Weight Watchers Take-Out Tonight cookbook - it is definitely worth looking up if you're looking for a new recipe! Yum!
