Hi DietBet friends! I am a certified personal trainer (and mom!) from Dallas, TX. I train all women (though guys are welcome in this group!) My style of training focuses on leaning and toning, rather than building and bulking... GOALS: weight control, firm legs, lifted butt, sculpted core, toned arms, and functional strength, cardio, and flexibility. If those are your goals, too, I think we are a good fit! I am new to the DietBet world, and just started a game (Spring LEANING)... I am going to offer nutrition guidance, exercise posts, fitness tips, and any other healthy-lifestyle-related items I think you'd like!
