I am going through my Instagram (@natalieblueblue) and tagging all my workout posts with #dietbetspringleaning -- so just search for that tag on instagram, and there will be a catalog of exercises to browse! I've tagged about 32 posts so far, and i will continue to go back through and tag more as well as posting new ones!
