It's a bit of work but I do it all on sunday evening and it really has changed everything for me. I bring 3 mini meals with me to work every day. One regular lunch + 2 "snacks." The first snack is always an apple or pear blended with protein powder. The second is 4 egg whites and 2 cups of steamed kale, swiss chard etc. Works like a charm and leaves me feeling so healthy.
