Do you record what you eat daily?

I don't write it down but I do track all my food on my fitbit. But I understand the not having variety. I also keep eating a lot of the same thing because I know it is safe to eat and I won't go over, I find that if I plan my meals for the week I can get more variety,

Hi Sally, I write down everything I eat in a food journal. I use the nutritional label on a product if available or use the http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Book-Food-Counts-9th/dp/0440245613/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1427181540&sr=1-1 to record calories, fat, carb, fiber and protein and exercise. It is kinda old school pencil and paper and all but I find it does keep me accountable. :)
