I gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time, around 60 lbs in a little over a year. My plan is to get on the treadmill and start walking and work my way to doing C25K again. A couple years ago I was nearly finished C25K then just up and quit for no apparent reason. Then I got had some emotional issues and gained all the weight.

Anyways, yesterday was my second day on the treadmill. I do about 90 minutes of walking at 2.8 mph while watching a TV show. The first day went well, but yesterday not so much. Everything seemed fine until later last night when I got an annoying (but not too bad) pain on the inside of my right knee. I'm not sure if it's a muscle or joint pain but it has been bugging me all day. I didn't walk today. I'll see how rest helps and if I can get back on the treadmill tomorrow.

I used to run, dammit. I guess my body can't handle throwing around my extra weight since it all came on so quickly. My legs want to carry 150 lbs, not 210. This is frustrating because I wanted to start trying Day 1 of C25K at a slow jog.

Needed to vent.
