Like Laura Kate suggested as well: I have a ton of things I could/should do around the house, which can hep me move around too: doing laundry (with extra squats from picking up pieces of clothing one by one), going to the mailbox, doing groceries. All things I plan throughout the day, so I won't sit still too long.
