On the space issue, I have lost another inch around my waist! YEAH - small happy dance. However, I am in 3 dietbet games and I have 12 days to loose 4 pounds! This is not good!
I recently starting actually running a minute every other minute inside on the treadmill for 10 minutes. I am walking over 16,000 steps daily now. It has to be the salt! I just has to be the salt!
In an effort to up my protein i have eaten a bunch of tuna this past few days! And I have had a few of those vegan patties. Today, I will have veggies. I have 3 bags of frozen broccoli in the freezer and some frozen peppers. I have cucumbers and celery and chopped onions. I need tomatoes and I am out of fruit, so maybe put fruit on my shopping list... but no tuna and no veggie pattie treats! Time to get down to business!
