Thanks Lynda for such an amazing post. My favorite NSV for today is that I dealt with temptation by distracting myself with things I like to do like sewing. I've done that for two days (my wife is sick with tummy issues) as I feed her things like saltines and brown rice (I'm cutting out those kinds of carbs for now) and my mouth waters each time. I went to the fridge and got some asparagus and broiled it (YUM!) and then I had a nice green salad with berries. Yay me!!!
