I love your mantra. So many reasons to slip off plan and so few to stay on plan. When I discovered DB, I felt this way exactly what I needed to stay on track.
Diet Bet has helped me SO MUCH! After years of hovering around 163 pounds I'm now hovering around 150. But I find as time goes on that initial spark of motivation is fading. In the end, I have to want to be healthy because I want to be healthy . . . and I have to keep finding new ways to motivate myself. Diet Bet is still a part of that motivation, just not as strong a pull as it was at first. The amazing community of people I've met here though - now THAT is an ongoing source of inspiration and motivation! :-)
