Try not to let the decisions of yesterday impact today. Life has a way of keeping us on our toes and testing our limits. Just take it one day at a time. I try to wake up each day with a mantra and a goal. Today it was ' I am strong and will not stand in my own way ' and a goal to prep 2 healthy snacks for my vacation. I make it simple and I say it out loud to myself a couple times a day or even post it on my Mirror or refrigerator. You will find your motivation. Stay positive!
