So not too bad, I think. I gained a small amount but I do think that's from high salt intake on Sunday.
Saturday:
-Wake up at 6:45
-Run 3 miles with BCR (no going to breakfast with the group) Was only able to run a mile. Walked the remaining two but it hurt.
-Breakfast - granola bar and cofee
-Walk to and from massage appointment (1 mile each way)
-Lunch at Moe's (chicken burrito with whole grain tortilla, side of chips - need a big lunch)
-Donate blood at 1:00 (can have some cookies, Dr P, and crackers post donation) Skipped the crackers. Enjoyed those nutter butters though :)
-Head back home, take a nap
-Organize pantry
-Dinner - Turkey burger (also cook spaghetti for tomorrow)
Was a little rotten and had a wee bit of ice cream. It was good though!
Score: 9/10
Sunday:
-Wake up at 7AM
-Breakfast - Granola bar and coffee
-Get small tasks done
-Bike the rail trail (easy, full length though, ~16 miles) Only did 11, I forgot how much the blood donation wipes you out. Not docking points though, I did go home and walk the time difference (less exhausting)
-Have an english muffin with peanut butter post ride, with Nuun
-Lunch - Subway Chicken Teriyaki with spinach, bag of sun chips I also ate my remaining Nutter Butter, which was silly.
-Visit friends
-Head home
-Spaghetti and meatballs for dinner Nope. Left their house later than planned so I stopped at Panera. Probably was a good idea otherwise I would have overeaten when I got home, but I had way too much salt this day and the scale showed. BUT man I wanted a beer when I got home and I didn't! Walked a bunch instead so I could make my stepbet (used hand weights)
