Way to go! Toppings probably were good fatty toppings, not sugary ones? RE juicing ... A nutrient boost because you can get a big quantity of veg in quick. But I'd do it only occasionally and only with very low carb greens, and no fruit, because I really don't want the blood sugar-spike and the fibre removed. For now, I'm just eating my low-carb veg. Got in a zucchini and half a bunch of swiss chard yesterday. This morning butter-stewed spinach with my eggs... I threw in flax seed to help up the fat and fibre.
ugh zuchini is amazing! and yes. avocado and chicken and edamame. good protien for salads just..high in calories though lol. eh...i hear u about blood sugar spike. thats my prob too with fruit jusice and candy
