Damian, Exercise helps with weight loss, but success is dictated by what you do in the kitchen/at the table. With 12 pounds down since August, it sounds like you are golden there. Keep up the good eating.Fitbits "reward" us by vibrating when we hit our goal. I recommend keeping your goal reasonable, at 15K steps. That way you get the more frequent "reward" of a handshake from your Fitbit. And you can always see the higher step count when you visit the website. Kat
