Last time I tried a pedometer I was doing an average of 1,000 steps a day - pretty pathetic eh :). I've got an exercise bike that's just been a clothes hanger for too long - I'm going to try to get on it for 5 mins every morning this month, as well as put the pedometer back on. Its so difficult when you know you've got to lose half your current weight to get back to a healthy range - so I'm trying to concentrate on small targets.
