First off - I am no expert & I would never pass judgment or preach cause I'm a total newbie to this whole exercise/eat right way of life BUT...I think you may be too hard on yourself...you seem to be juggling a full schedule throughout the week...and if you want to sleep in on the weekends...do it! As for the week nights, it doesn't look like there is dinner listed?? Maybe that is the culprit to your late night hunger? Just think out loud...I am one of those ladies that has taken care of everyone else but me so I am constantly shuffling kids here & there, running errands, working full time...etc, etc. By doing all this, I used to just not eat...I would have a few bites here & there but no real consistent eating which I know now is horrible...I share your same hectic routine but I do manage to fit dinner in...I know its hard, believe me but you can do it -- you're already doin it..Crunches at work...TWICE per day...WHAT???? That's awesome...Don't let the pace of life overwhelm you...make time for you...cause your the only person that matters...I'm rootin for ya...
