Hi Girly, first of all High Five for only gaining 5 lbs !! Don't you let all that effort and sweat go to waste, you have done exceptional !! threw these two Dietbets and are always paying it forward with good cheer. I have traveled a lot and it's from flying. I agree with Jason you need to move a hour a day on the eilliptical should do the trick. I would eat protein, veggies, water, no breads, no sugars, no cheese , no cocktails till we weight in. Dont you let that scale discredit all you hard work and effort. Just remember your a WINNER !! Time to kickass!! We have only a week and a half left.
