Great progress! Of course it takes time to develop new habits and stop snacking when you are stressed out. However: fake it 'till you make it! Keep crap foods out of reach and make sure to have alternative snacks available at all times. Yes, you will still be snacking. But snacking on a handful of baby carrots or unsalted nuts is healthier and does not cause new cravings, because it won't send your blood sugar on a roller coaster ride like the chocolate does. You can do this, you are already well on your way!
