Great blog! I always struggle when I am close to a goal, so I really appreciated your comments about rounds 2 and 3. As far as yoga, do try a couple classes at your gym first just to see if you like it. I do mainly Kettlebell workouts, and my instructor always ads in some yoga as well. I enjoy the yoga that we do, but have also discovered that I am not interested, at this point, in doing a full yoga class.
