Awesome plan. Outdoor exercise is wonderful. Adding a couple of extra miles on the bike and/or while running then eat a healthy snack after instead of turning to those carbs. I found the carbs to be killers when it came to losing weight. My "treat" was a yogurt. I am not aware of what Isagenix is? Also getting my water intake up seemed to help.
