How can I work out every day, do two 24 hour ultradistance events, one marathon and still gain over 25 pounds in 8 months?
DRINKING AND EATING TOO MUCH CRAZY WOMAN!
OKay, time to get back on track. Bought a fit bit a few weeks ago to keep myself honest. Yep, it proves I log over 35 miles a week. Yep, it proves that I only burn fat because I hate to sweat. Yep, it proves that I know what to do and how to avoid weight gain, but the "human" part of me loves to eat and drink(wine, my biggest sabotager).
For me it is an all or none thing, goal oriented event.
I will embrace this next four months to get back to managable weight. I will embrace the fact that at 60(on Febraury 24) I will still be able to run and prove to myself that I am a strong and capable woman.
Here goes another in the countless years of losing weight. Why do I do this to myself?
For anyone reading this blog, you can do anything you want. I have proved it a milllion times with goals that very few people have accomplished. Beleive in yourself. KNOW YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! YOU ARE AMAZING!
