Louise, add your greek yogurt to your oatmeal in the morning. It is a little more filling, might keep the "snack" monster at bay first thing in the morning. I love your commitment to your schedule, you will do it!! My healthy meal plan this week is to make sure my portions are correct, found out that they were waaaaay out of whack!! and adding more water over the next couple of days because that was lacking. I am now thinking about hot tea, I have a mint mojito blend in my desk, time for something warm!! Have a great day ROCK STAR!!!!

2 tablespoons of unpopped popcorn, air or microwave popped /wo oil or salt is only 146 calories....... ;-) when you are really hungry it tastes great! 1 cup of chopped celery is like 15 calories + 1/2 c chopped onion 34 cal + 1 chopped cucumber (50cal) + 2 T Zesty Fat free Italian Dressing (25) = 125 calories and it's a HUGE amount of crunchy... and what is really SURPRISINGLY good!!! is small chopped up RED DELICIOUS APPLE!!!!!! YUM! and like 225 calories for the entire thing!!! And it's like a huge bowl!

there are so many combinations when you start to look at what you have and what you can put together. Just need to get it into the house so that I can eat!! lol and to get the kids to stop going to the corner store for pop and chips!! work in progress!!
