Louise, add your greek yogurt to your oatmeal in the morning. It is a little more filling, might keep the "snack" monster at bay first thing in the morning. I love your commitment to your schedule, you will do it!! My healthy meal plan this week is to make sure my portions are correct, found out that they were waaaaay out of whack!! and adding more water over the next couple of days because that was lacking. I am now thinking about hot tea, I have a mint mojito blend in my desk, time for something warm!! Have a great day ROCK STAR!!!!
