Typical Breakfast: Oatmeal with Stevia, a few raisins, cinnamon and medium (not too ripe) banana. Typical Lunch: My version of Panera's Fuji Chicken Salad (regular walnuts-not caramelized) and Walden Farms no calorie blasamic dressing. Snacks: Small Gala, Honeycrisp or Fuji apple with a tablespoon of no-sugar-added chucky peanut butter or 1 oz. sharp cheddar cheese... Dinner: varies (generally low carb fish, chick or beef dish with vegetables) and then (most nights) all hell breaks loose around 8 p.m. and I don't stick to my diet....
