One cup of coffee a day isn't a bad thing. It's what you put in the coffee that could be the deal breaker. I do one of these choices based on what else I'm having for breakfast. Coffee blended with 1 scoop vanilla protein shake - 113 calories, coffee blended with 1/2 scoop vanilla protein shake - 58 calories (for when I want a little bigger breakfast), coffee with 4 oz of 1% milk and either Splenda with Fiber (comes in packets with a gram of fiber per packet) or Sugar-free (Splenda based) flavored syrup (when I want the sweetness) - 40 calories. Just stay away from the coffee shop and you'll be fine.
