Happy Valentine's Day, here's another pound

I keep trying to take a break from alcohol and I was in the tub and Chris went to the store and bought beer and came in with an open one... an IPA which he doesn't even like. So frustrating! Especially after I just told him I want to stop drinking! I didn't even finish it and reminded him I didn't want to drink anymore. I have also prepped my lunches and dinners for the week so hopefully that helps me out- lots and lots of protein!
