I'll bet you didn't raise your kids that way, though so the pattern is broken. I think I'm overweight because I get bored sometimes, or something just tastes good, whatever reason it is a problem. Really it is an addiction you can never break because you HAVE to eat. But, you can CHANGE the addiction and try to substitute good food. I have eaten so many baby carrots, I'm surprised my skin isn't orange.Reggie, I so enjoy your blogs, you really know how to hit the nail on the head.
