Weekly Check-In was a SUCCESS!
- the ketogenic/High Fat, Low Carb diet is going really well. I am still working to get enough protein, but I am loosing weight!
- I made all my breakfast and lunch for week 1 on 4/3/16. Week 2 breakfast and lunch was made last night and has been QUITE yummy!
- Gym: I went twice last week with plans to go Wednesday (at least)
- Steps: My average for the week was 11,900 steps. I didn't get to 10,000 on the weekend, but I did walk more on the weekend than I normally do.
- Soda: I am 8 days soda free. I am drinking seltzer with added flavor instead and am not craving it currently.
