Weekly Check-Continue to move forward!

 

  • the ketogenic/High Fat, Low Carb diet is going really well.  I am still working to get enough protein, but I am loosing weight!  Courtesy of AF, I currently stuck but will let that go away
  • I am still eating leftovers from week 2 and need to make something for breakfast this week.  Need to do that tonight.
  • Gym:  I went to the gym once last week.  
  • Steps:  My average for the week was 111,428 steps.  Igot 10,000 steps Saturday adn Sunday too!
  • Soda:  I continue to be soda free!! I am day 15!
