It has been a busy/crazy month of April. My office moved. Also, where we use for storage (huge space) had to be moved so I have been organizing, purging, repeat to get our storage and stock room organized. Finally, I moved my apartment Saturated. It has been crazy!! I met my Transformer round 1 goal and won April Kickstarter as well. Because I was successful this month, I am treating myself to a groupon massage Saturday....my body wishes it was SOONER!

 

April's goals:

 

  • the ketogenic/High Fat, Low Carb: I started slipping as moving 
  • making food:  start failing on this last 1.5 weeks of april but started back up
  • Gym: I went every week except the last week of April.  However, I was packing boxes, lifting and moving boxes etc. I consider that an at-home gym.
  • Steps: I continue to meet my goals!
  • Soda: I was soda free until May 1 when I had a can when moving got really crazy.

 

GOALS FOR MAY:

  • Continue/Maintain
    • the ketogenic/High Fat, Low Carb
    • making food
    • Gym: continue once/ week
    • Steps:10,000 M-F over 7500 on weekend
    • Soda: No soda; I need to continue this
  • work on early morning caffeine boost: I don't like coffee...work on a high powered tea.  If this doesn't work, try for coffee
  • Meal Plan: Need to know what to make M-F by Sunday evening
