About two years ago, I announced a 75 pound weight loss success and followed it up with 85 pounds. At that point, the goal was maintenance.  Then my stressful job broke even more boundaries and I started looking into alternatives.  I started a new job in December 2015 and the stress of my old job has fallen away completely, but it's amazing the stress habits I developed that last 6-8 months there and how long it would take to fully pull away.

For the last year, everyone commented that "You lost weight"....but I didn't

For the last year, everyone commented that "You look happier" and I was...but I still had lost my 85 pound success so I started up again at the gym, trying different things, etc. but kept yo-yoing.  Then I found dietbet and was not too sucessful because I wasn't active.  Activity is the key!

Since January, I started taking Plexus products and found a new gym that would fit my schedule better.  I started research ketogenice/High Fat-Low Carb diet and started it April 4th.  

So the good news is I am back down in weight. I've surpassed the 50 pound loss many years ago, but was close to loosing it. I am proud to say I have been successfully keeping it off and am almost at 75 pounds down again!! 

I can't wait to celebrate 75 pounds again because it WILL happen this month!
