I love your blogpost! I think you should relax a little more around your weightloss. Enjoy the journey and not only force yourself to hit your goal. I would try to think less judgy just to get out of that harsh mindset. Who knows maybe the other person started a weightloss journey too? And yes acceptance is the first step :) Accept your feelings, accept your fears, accept your body and accept that you're starting to change it. You can do it!
