I LOVE THIS.. I have a chart of where I need to be my -1.5 a week and what reality is, I ignored it for a while and just went back to it and found HEY I am OK... I will say like they say (whomever they is) you can't out exercise a bad diet.. SO.. words to the wise is watch what you eat.. train yourself to like the stuff that is good for you! and DRINK THAT WATER .... EAT THAT PROTEIN... Protein and water will keep you FULL.. and not CRAVING!
