I use to watch Biggest Loser while eating a cheeseburger and fries. And reality is I think that I felt well I'm not that heavy, so why not. I think you handled the situation perfectly. When I get in that mindset of self sabotage I write in my passion journal. I keep a compact one for health and fitness alone. so it's not cluttered by daily junk. Replace it with something else! Good job on holding yourself accountable.
