I used to be wicked-strict with my diet and was extremely successful at losing the weight and getting healthy. Today is Day 1 and I'm starving! LOL So far so good, though...I'm really exited about getting back to a healthier me. I know myself in that I can't give in even a little bit on my diet days, so I will treat myself to some small treat on Sundays like I've always done.
